These pictures show the kind of house we buy and later sell. They are examples. They are not a board of homes for rent, and they are not listed for sale through us today.
We look at how you reach the door: a paved drive, a fence, and whether a car can stop without blocking the road. A tidy front does not hide a failed roof, but it tells us the house has been used.
A door that sits in its frame, a light over the step, and a wall that is finished rather than boarded up. Small things, and they are the first things a buyer notices on a sale.
We look for a hob, a sink, and storage you can reach. A marble top is pleasant. It is not the reason to buy. If the appliances are missing, say that in the first email.
Daylight, a floor that is level, and space for a sofa without blocking the door. We do not need a styled shoot. A photo taken in the afternoon is more useful.
We meet at the property, at a time agreed by email. Hopkins Mead is for correspondence. Send the road and the town if you want us to look.
